Each of your hotel partners will receive and email communication with full details and update 48 hours before you check in, and will receive a follow up call to check their receipt, check understanding and that the correct departments of the hotel such as housekeeping are fully aware
Myanmar translations have been included due to the significant presence of Myanmar nationals employed in Thailand’s hospitality sector. While many can communicate in Thai and English, their comprehension of medical terminology may be limited. To ensure clarity in urgent situations, key phrases are also provided in Myanmar language.
